Located just inside Rotary Botanical Gardens but viewable from the corner of the parking lot, the large sculpture by artist O. V. Shaffer was constructed of welded brass sheets in 1991. Shaffer's work is exhibited throughout the United States, and several sculptures are on display in Janesville. Each piece has a sign that describes the art and includes a QR code that can be scanned by your phone, which will take you to a video of O.V. Shaffer speaking about that piece.
