– Blackened swordfish with a sweet chili glaze over Asian wild rice salad, baby bok choy, and miso broth

– Chipotle hot honey pork belly over cheddar jalapeno cornbread
– Tuna Sashimi: thin sliced tuna over a risotto croquette with a wasabi beurre blanc and soy sauce
– Seared sea scallops with a pomegranate reduction, jalapenos, grapefruit and lime segments, fresh pomegranate

– Petite Filet Mignon topped with a bleu cheese au poivre, grilled lemon garlic broccolini, and cowboy fingerlings

– 10oz angus beef burger topped with a fried egg, hickory smoked bacon, and American cheese served on thick cut French toast and a cup of maple syrup + choice of one side

Dinner Menu: $29 per person

First Course:
– Side salad: fresh romaine lettuce mix, red onion, tomato, green pepper, cheddar jack cheese, and croutons

Second Course:
– BBQ Platter: a half rack of freshly smoked baby back pork ribs, smoked bbq beef brisket, a side of creamy coleslaw, + choice of one additional side
